Tour Description

Today's tour includes Suzhou's classic gardens and a water town which is less visited but beautiful - Luzhi, 20 km east of Suzhou.

Our guide will pick you up at your hotel in Suzhou and our first stop is the Humble Administrators Garden – the most famous and the most representative of Chinese classical gardens. It is renowned for its ingenious layout and the exquisite design of the ponds, pavilions, terraces and placement of the rocks. A rickshaw ride around the ancient lanes of Suzhou City allows you to see more of local people's life.

After lunch, a 30 minutes' drive finds us in the ancient town Luzhi. Luzhi is famous for its beautiful waterways and ancient bridges. Some of the bridges date back to the Song Dynasty. A boat ride drifting past the town will be a highlight.

After the tour, we will take you to your hotel in Suzhou.
