Start or end your Shanghai stay with this worry-free private train transfer. Your friendly local guide will pick you up at the train station or at your hotel to take you to your destination. The guide will ensure that you get to the correct boarding area or help with the hotel check-in ensuring your trip starts smoothly.

The pickup and transfer service operates from 7:00 to 21:30 every day. The service from your hotel to the train station operates between 7:30 & 22:00 every day. Outside these times a surcharge of USD $20 per group is payable.

Important Info

  • An extra fee applies if you need to be picked up or dropped off from/to airports or train stations earlier than 07:00 am or later than 21:30 pm.
  • The price of this tour will rise during the China National Day holiday (September 30th to October 7th) and Chinese New Year holiday.
  • Languages: English|German |French|Spanish|Russian|Italian (The price is based on an English-speaking guide. Extra fees apply if you need a guide with another language)

  • If you want to book a departure transfer from your current destination to a train station or cruise port, your guide will contact you in the evening (Your guide will call you at around 18:00. If you missed your guide’s phone call, he or she will send you a short message) before the transfer and confirm the exact pick-up time according to your preference.

    If you are planning to book an arrival transfer, please make sure you send us the exact time of your arrival in advance, because we are unable to contact you when you are on a train or ship.
