Your tour guide will meet you at one exit (the exact exit will be known before your ship arrives) of the reception hall, which is within 5 minutes’ walk from the pier you disembark from your ship. And then you will be transferred to your Shanghai downtown hotel or vice versa.

To ensure a smooth pickup and transfers, please confirm with your travel advisor the exact terminal that your cruise will stop at. Most cruises will stop at Wusongkou Cruise Terminal but a few ships under 10 Tons may stop at Shanghai International Cruise Terminal on Dongdaming Road, which is relatively close to the city center.

Process to Disembark at Wusongkou

• 1. Enter the second floor Wusongkou Terminal and If you take some animals or plants with you, they should undergo inspection and quarantine.
• 2. Pass through frontier inspection.
• 3. Go down to the first floor by elevator and get your luggage.
• 4. Go through the customs.
• 5. Leave the terminal from one of the three gates.

• 2. Have your passport checked at document check counters.
• 3. Undergo security check.

• 5. Go through the customs and go up to the second floor by elevator.
• 6. Pass through frontier inspection.
• 7. Board your ship.
